“Will A.I. take my job?” is a headline I see a “Will A.I. take my job?” is a headline I see almost every day. It can do some jobs, especially repetitive ones, faster than us. But in the immediate future, it is changing jobs rather than replacing them. And new, exciting jobs will appear, too.

In a recent “Future of Work” seminar I attended, an expert from Deloitte, stated that 65% of elementary school students will be doing jobs we don’t even know exist yet. 🤯

So rather than fearing that A.I. will take your job, decide what you can do now to make it part of YOUR skillset.

Today through Wednesday, grab my A.I. Skills Starter Kit (on sale) to get started! Send me a direct message with the word “Kit” for more info. 🙌🏽

If you're a regular person, like me, you probably If you're a regular person, like me, you probably aren't following the Sam Altman / #OpenAI saga that unfolded over the weekend.

That's ok, you don't have to (seriously, you're busy and have better things to do). But what is important, is that we don't lose sight of all the cool new updates to ChatGPT that Sam revealed at the DevDay back on November 6—that feels like 100 years ago now.

Be sure to tune into this week's episode on the Remote Work Retirement Show (Ep 78-link in bio) to hear about the new Gold Rush. 💰I'm guessing you missed the last one in 1848, so don't miss this one! 🤠 #gpt #gpt4 #machine_learning #workanywhere #freelancework #careerdevelopment
As an advocate for working retirees, I see employe As an advocate for working retirees, I see employers and recuriter pass up "people of a certain age" all too often.

They are ruled-out for job opporutnities simply because of their age, as through that’s the #1 thing that determines their worth. 💼👵👴

I want employers and recruiters to understand that people who choose to work or must work in retirement are a treasure trove of talent. You won’t find a more dedicated and hard-working candidate than in this population.

So please, “Don’t throw the Retiree out with the rubbish” because you’re missing out on a fantastic opportunity to hire amazing talent. #humanresource #careerchange #hire #talentmanagement #recruit #recuiter
Just in case you're tired of hearing me talk about Just in case you're tired of hearing me talk about A.I., in this video I remind you why it is SO important.

The next time you look for a job, check out the requirements and tell me if you see anything new. *HINT you might see the letters A.I. 🤯🤖
I'm working with two groups of people (most over 5 I'm working with two groups of people (most over 50 years old) in my programs.

Group A is in The A.I. Skillet (my skills program) 🍳 and learning A.I. at warp speed. They are creating custom images and videos. They know how to write C.L.E.A.R prompts (my last episode on The Remote Work Retirement podcast) and with the recent advances announced at the OpenAI DevDay, they are getting into creating custom GPTs and even automation.

Group B has yet to sign up for any A.I. platforms, or if they have they try a few things here and there but aren't impressed.

Which group do you think will find the best employment opportunities? 🧐 #jobseekers #remote #freelancers #careerdevelopment #ageisjustanumber
In my A.I. Skillet program, the founding members h In my A.I. Skillet program, the founding members have already surpassed my own A.I. knowledge. 🤯

Ok, yeah my ego took a hit but it was an important lesson. A.I. is fairly easy to learn but hard to teach because it changes so fast.

The best thing you can do is adopt an experimental approach to learning. This will make you much more successful in the long run than trying to master each A.I. tool. #professionaldevelopment #careerdevelopment #encorecareer #artificial_intelligence
